Phil is our other director of the company who has many hats. He also ensures NDIS Compliance and works in Business Development on the East Coast of Australia.
Phil has a wide range of knowledge and experience across the business landscape and property industry as a successful agent for both business and residential property, property development, building and managing properties, as well as investing across the country.
Phil is the President of The Canberra Chapter of the Institute of Advisers, as well as an award-winning business coach, working in the franchising sector, corporate and SME industries. As a director for Disability Housing Solutions, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge across property, business, and investment to the company. His combination of experience provides a well-rounded understanding of the complexities of making Disability Housing Solutions work for the client and for the investor. His personal alignment is to the vision and mission of DHS, along with a desire to give back to the community and those in need with his knowledge and hands on experience making this possible.
When Phil is not working, you will find him spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys scuba diving and learning all things property related.
