Greg Dalla is the Director and Founder of Disability Housing Solutions. Greg brings over thirty years of real estate investment, property development and successful business leadership to the Disability Housing industry. Greg has been involved in the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) since its initial rollout in Canberra 2016. Greg is a prominent and respected professional in the Disability Housing industry with a deep understanding of the NDIS SDA policy. With this knowledge, he regularly consults to a wide range of disability housing providers, builders and developers, investors and related NDIS Service Providers.
Greg’s role is to develop purposeful relationships with individuals and organisations who want to be a part of a major social impact venture that they can be proud of. Greg also develops innovative marketing and investment modeling for NDIS SDA property.
Before founding Disability Housing Solutions, Greg has owned developed successful businesses in Financial Planning, Real Estate, Property Development, and Investment Property Consulting. Coupled with his knowledge of the NDIS SDA policy and deep understanding of the current crisis of the disability housing sector, Greg is well placed to help progress the ‘policy’ into commercial reality.
Greg is a business leader with a vision to gather 1,000 social impact investors to collectively fund 100 new NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation properties that are assistive technology ready properties that through innovative design to help hundreds of people with disability live a more enabled life.
Outside of work Greg loves to travel around Australia in his caravan with his wife and they also have a troublesome puppy who keeps them on their toes!
