Ellen is our CEO here at DHS. Ellen has trained in psychology and social work in the UK and has worked in social care for over 30 years including in disability, mental health, child protection and aged care. Having managed NDIS services across Queensland and the NT since the scheme was introduced Ellen brings significant executive experience to DHS. Ellen combines a commitment to person centered, high quality services with sound financial stewardship to ensure long term sustainable services that deliver real outcomes for people, their families and the wider community.

Lauren is a Founder of DHS and has been here since the start. Lauren is passionate and knowledgable all this specialist disability accommodation. Lauren drives DHS’s expansion throughout Australia using her extensive relationships.

Phil is a founder and self professed best looking DHS Founder. Phil has a passion for all of our team and manages our Human Resources department.
